Over 80 Years of Combined Casting Experience

Our two primary foundries were founded over 40 years ago as Highland Lakes Casting and Intermountain Precision Casting (in 1973 and 1980, respectively). Initially, we predominantly served the oil and agriculture industries and built a solid foundation based on focusing on the unique needs of every project and doing things right.

Since then, we’ve grown, added game-changing automation, and continually expanded our network of foundries & partners. Today, our team is filled with people who know the casting business inside and out and are some of the very best in the industry.

Beginnings

Highland Lakes
& Intermountain Precision

Highland Lakes was founded in Marble Falls, Texas in 1973. Intermountain Precision was founded in 1980 in Lindon, Utah. Both foundries started independently and served customers primarily in the oil and agriculture industries in their early years.

Growth

Automation and Networking

Over time, it became clear that the future of the industry was in automation and robotics. Both foundries updated their equipment. built new facilities, and eventually merged into the IPC Foundry Group. Since then we’ve continued to seek out new partners, technology, and have continued to expand our services and capabilities.

As a result of these efforts,
our capacity is 20x greater than it was just five years ago.

In the future, we plan on expanding our facilities and our network of foundries to offer even more expertise and opportunities for our customers.
